Yoga Classes

Our certified instructor and Co-Director of Santo Tomas Retreats, Erin Lowe, travels to Santo Tomas from Phoenix on certain occasions/dates (while not hosting retreats) to offer classes to our wonderful residents and guests. All classes need to be booked in advance!

Private Yoga Class:

Only offered July 3rd-5th, 2021

90 min Class

1-5 people: $100 ($15 each additional person)

Classes are open to all levels of experience. I combine Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative styles that also included Breath Exercises, Guided Meditation and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing. The class will be designed to fit your individual or group’s needs. The class can be taught inside your home/rental, the home’s rooftop terrace overlooking the Sea of Cortez or on the beach. Yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if preferred.

SUPer fun yoga class on the Sea of Cortez on a Stand Up Paddle Board open to all levels of experience. SUP Yoga gets you off your mat, on a board, and into a new space both mentally and physically that takes the challenge of yoga to another level. This form of yoga invigorates the senses and your body all at once as you learn to find your center and move with the motions of the water beneath you. This practice, which flows with the tide, demands balance and concentration, and is a power form of meditation. Just imagine Savasana, on a paddle board, on the Sea of Cortez…complete bliss while sometimes dolphins and other sea life swim by, is a magical experience that cannot be explained in words.

* The Sea water is warm most of the year which is very pleasant if you fall in the water or choose to jump in. It is normally very calm with small waves which makes for an easy place for SUP Yoga (weather can be unpredictable and sometimes larger waves and a rougher sea when windy or stormy and other times the water can be glass with no waves at all). This class can only be taught when the sea is calm. If the weather and/or sea is unsafe at the time of the scheduled class a full refund will be given or the class can be changed to a yoga class at your beach home/rental and any price difference refunded.
